W Hotel Seattle - the Wow-Vows Specialists!

Although the W Seattle has only been in business for a decade, this charming and sophisticated venue has seen a lot of action in those 10 years.  Situated in the heart of downtown, the W is a 26-story beacon of urbanity and a luxurious refuge within the bustling streets of Seattle's core. Whether you decide to hold your ceremony, reception or both at the W, you will be the center of attention!  Gretchen Wieman, the Wow Vows Specialist, coordinates everything from set-up and tear-down to the actual "I do!"  She ensures that your vision is realized by overseeing all the details such as ceremony programs, gift and place card tables, menu cards, favors or anything else that needs doing.  From soup to nuts, Gretchen and W Seattle create a flawless, stress-free wedding day for the happy couple.

Gretchen says, "Most of my relationships with couples have lasted long after their wedding day with many of them celebrating other big moments in their lives right along with me, such as the birth of a first child or their first wedding anniversary." 

With its rich color palate and clean lines, the W's Great Room can be transformed to accomodate any look you can envision: Swanky and cool, modern or classic, even sweet and romantic.  They can make it happen.

Gretchen continues, "My favorite part of a wedding is the first dance!  You get to see the bride and groom in thier own private moment, and witness their dynamic as a couple.  You can always tell how much they love each other in that moment."
