Tom Douglas Catering - Exceeding expectations for nearly a decade

Tom Douglas Restaurants have been a staple of the Pacific Northwest landscape for over 20 years, but the catering division was started nine years ago. They've been a part of Urban Unveiled from the beginning and we're always excited to taste what they come up with next! In fact, the first Urban Unveiled was held at the Palace Ballroom, one of the chicest establishments in the Tom Douglas empire.  

Tom Douglas Catering staff will customize their menus to suit the style, palate and vision of each event, reinventing themselves for their clients every day. Clients with discerning taste, who value quality and aesthetics will be drawn to Tom Douglas Catering.  When asked about her favorite part of a wedding event, Alexis Berry responded, "I love when all the marks have been hit during an evening and a Bride & Groom take the time to find me and tell me how happy they are and how we exceeded their expectations…then I can kick my shoes off!" She continued, "We have ‘Wow” moments everyday--- looking at beautiful canapés created for the first time, creating a new cocktail, or finding new accoutrements that set off our beautiful Palace Ballroom in some new way!"
