Rented Elegance & Design - they can drape you in crystals
Rented Elegance & Design has been adding elegance to events for 19 years. They've been a part of Urban Unveiled from the very beginning and we're always thrilled to partner with them on events! If you can imagine it, the team at Rented Elegance can realize it for you. They provide unique and creative flower arrangements for all styles of weddings and events, as well as raw silk draping in a rainbow of colors. To really add sophistication, they'll bring in soft seating in several styles and a huge selection of large glassware centerpieces to punch up the decor.

What's an event without mood lighting? Rented Elegance & Design may have the largest inventory of votives in the Pacific Northwest, both upright and hanging, in an infinite variety of sizes and styles. And when they can't find what they need through the usual sources, they request custom made pieces to add the perfect touch. Sometimes the perfect height of your centerpiece will add style and definition to an unusual space. When the main components of a room are hammered out, they can drape the place in crystals for that touch of sparkle!
You'll notice that Rented Elegance provides a unique experience right from the beginning. At your first meeting with their talented staff of event planners (in the relaxed atmosphere of their lobby), they'll pay close attention to every detail as you describe your dream scenario. They have all of their own inventory stored in warehouses on site so you have infinite options when making preliminary decisions. You'll really enjoy touring the prop showroom and looking through a myriad of photos of past events to help guide your decisions. You'll leave the first meeting with a clear understanding of how your event will play out. Whether you need a few flowers or a full scale Event of the Season, Rented Elegance is there to help.

Michael Peterson, Head Florist, explains, "Our favorite part of the event is the 'Reveal' to the client. Often we have spent so much time with the client that we get to know them fairly well...sometimes very well! Usually months have passed where we have had meetings, called, texted and e-mailed back and forth molding the event to perfection. After all of this there is nothing more gratifying than putting together that event together and then watching them walk in and see that their ideas have come to life. It can be very intense and often emotional for all of us."
When asked about a WOW moment from a past event, he continued, "We were working on a wedding with Travis & Jesse from True Colors Events last summer. The wedding had grown to be quite large and had a complicated table layout of rounds, squares and rectangles. We had designed coordinating centerpieces for each. Travis & Jesse had done the floor plan. The day of the wedding, the delivery and set up was long and involved but went smoothly. When it was finished I stepped back to look at it and thought 'WOW!' Even though we had been living this wedding for weeks I didn't picture just how cool it would look with the tables set in this configuration. It could have been like a mouse maze but instead you could easily cross the room at any point. It was Fabulous!"
