Lisa Dupar Catering - they're obsessed with food!

Lisa Dupar found her passion for food in her family’s kitchen in Atlanta, Georgia. Memories of family gatherings and Southern-style meals are the foundation of her success as one of the Northwest’s leading caterers.  Dupar’s career started when she was a child. Her mother, not interested in cooking, offered Dupar a compromise—she would clean if Dupar would cook. Thinking the deal was perfect, Dupar agreed. Utilizing this hands-on experience, she developed sharp culinary talents and soon embarked on her first business endeavor selling decorated cakes to friends and family.  It seems to have worked for the past 26 years.  We're so thrilled to have Lisa and her team as part of our Urban Talent!

Lisa Dupar Catering provides full service catering and event planning services for corporate, wedding and social events.  The very capable team is able to coordinate full service event planning and assist clients with everything from rentals to flowers to music.  They use local organic and seasonal products whenever possible and put their hearts into each food item they create.  Their uniquely high level of service stems from a rigorous staff training program.

Couples who desire for the food be the centerpiece of their event will be drawn to Lisa Dupar's menu options.  Sara Mogensen, Event Planner for Lisa Dupar says, "We can create custom menus to meet special dietary needs and likes or dislikes. We are obsessed with food and quality and attract clients who feel the same."  When asked about her favorite part of a wedding event, Sara replies, "Weddings are amazing because you really get to experience the joy and excitement of the couple that is getting married. They are always so blissful and happy when they see their venue fully decorated or taste their meal for the first time. It is a great feeling!"
