The Hosts

Travis and Jesse have had the pleasure of acting as the Executive Producers of Urban Unveiled since its inception.  Bringing together the Pacific Northwest’s most talented artists for one inspiring evening so that brides & grooms can plan their dream wedding is one of their greatest passions.

Creating and designing the theme for each Urban Unveiled event is their favorite part of the process.  The themes are carried out in the advertising, event décor, music, food, and for some shows, Luly Yang has even designed dresses specific to the theme for the fashion show.   Past themes have included “Modern Marie Antoinette,” “Hollywood After-Party,” and “South Beach Chic.”  In 2010, Travis & Jesse were thrilled to present the theme of “Woodland Glamour” and once again transformed Benaroya Hall with the assistance of the amazing décor sponsors.

Launched in July of 2010, the new and expanded Urban Unveiled website provides a valuable reference for Seattle Weddings.  With the inclusion of “THE TALENT” and “THE BLOG” Urban Unveiled is delighted to offer a year-round online wedding planning resource for brides and grooms with style, sophistication, and a passion for the unique.

Urban Unveiled has been a runner up for “Best Wedding Show” in Seattle Bride Magazine’s Best of 2011, 2010, and 2009, under the production of True Colors Events, Jesse and Travis's wedding planning company.  True Colors Events took home the award for "Best Wedding Planner" in 2011 for the second year in a row. Travis & Jesse received two awards in Seattle Bride Magazine's Best of 2010.  True Colors Events took home the top award for "Best Wedding Planner" among many other nominees; and for the first time, True Colors Events also received the award in the most prestigious category of "All-Around Best Wedding Vendor."   They also received two awards in Seattle Bride Magazine’s Best of 2008 awards.  In what Seattle Bride Magazine’s editor-in-chief Ali Basye referred to as a “landslide” True Colors Events was honored with awards for “Best Wedding Planner” and “Best Day of Wedding Coordinator.”
